Muffaroo
A puzzle game based on Gustave Verbeek’s comic The Upside-Downs of Little Lady Lovekins and Old Man Muffaroo (1903–05), whose panels tell one story right way up and another upside down.
Each level is one comic panel. Right way up, Little Lady Lovekins walks on the floor. Turn the panel over and the ceiling becomes the floor, and Old Man Muffaroo is the one who walks. Red bricks are solid only for her and blue bricks only for him, and whoever isn’t walking stands still, so one can be the other’s bridge. Get her to her parasol and him to his fish.
