Vanilla Custard

A versatile custard recipe which can be used as topping on a cake, mixed with fruits, or eaten like pudding.

Heat to 55°C

Whisk well
Put hot mix from pot into bowl and continuously whisk
Add all back to pot
10 minutesSimmerStir and keep warm to avoid curdling
